Como conseguir um médico de família?

Com a carteira da Assurance Maladie em mãos e, junto com um comprovante de endereço, dirija-se a um CLSC (para saber mais sobre o CLSC, acessa a página Sistema de saúde no Quebec) e peça para colocar seu nome na lista de espera - na verdade, o nome de cada membro de sua família, inclusive as crianças e adolescentes. Pode-se também fazer isso online o mais rápido possível, pois podem levar vários meses ou até anos antes de chamarem seu nome. O tempo passa rápido, e é muito importante ter um médico que conheça o seu histórico de saúde.
